perimeter of rectangle =2 (l+b)

let the length of the rectangle be l. then,

600 = 2 (l+25)

600/2=l+25

300=l+25

l=275

so the length of the rectangle is 275 cm .

Now we know that the area of the rectangle is L×B

so, L×B=275×25=6875

so the area of the given rectangle is

6875 cm^2
