Length of the rectangle = 41 x 2/3m= 82/3m

Breadth of the rectangle = 18 x 3/5m= 54/5m

area of the rectangle = 82/3mx 54/5m

82x54= 4428
3x5=15

Therefore, area of the rectangle = 4428/15m= 295.2m
