In this Question, It is given that one side of which measures 35 m and the diagonal is 37 m.




Let the other Sides (as Length) of Rectangular plot be x metres!



We have, Breadth of Rectangular Plot is (35 metres) and it's Diagonal is (37 Metres)!



We know that , Diagonal² = a²+b²



✡Substitute the Obtained Value in Formula!✡



Now, According to the Question's Statement!



✡ Statement: Find the area of a rectangular plot ?



Diagonal² = a²+b²



➡ (37)² = (35)² +x²



➡x²= 37²- 35²



➡x² = (37+35) (37-35)



➡x²= 72×2



➡x²=144



➡x = 12 m 



Then, Area of Rectangular Plot:



➡Area of Rectangular Plot = length ×  Breadth



➡Area of Rectangular Plot = 35×12 = 420 m²

➡Area of Rectangular Field = Rs 3456 ➡



Now, According to the Question's Statement!



➡Area of Rectangular Field = Rs 3456



➡Length × Breadth = 3456



➡(3x)(2x)=3456



➡6x²=3456



➡x² = 576

Now, Considering on Question Statement!



✡ Length of Rectangular Field = 3x metres



Length of Rectangular Field = 3(24) metres



➡Length of Rectangular Field = 72 metres ➡

Now, According to the Question's Statement!



Statement: We need to Find the perimeter for fencing !



Perimeter of Rectangle = 2(Length×Breadth)



➡ Perimeter=2(72+48)



➡ Perimeter=2(120)



➡ Perimeter=2×120



➡ Perimeter=240 metres




Now, We need to Find the cost of fencing the field at RS 60 m². !



Cost of Fencing the field at 60 m² = 240×60



Cost of Fencing the field at 60 m² =14,400



Hence, Required Cost of Fencing the field at 60 m² is Rs 14,400.

Area of Rectangular Field =3456 m²

let length be 3x

Let breadth be2x.

We know that Formula of Area Of Rectangle!.
area=l × b

3456=3x×2x

3456=6x²

x²=3456/6

x ²=576

Then,

x=24m


Dimensions of Rectangle;
3x=24×3=72m

2x=24×2=48m



Perimeter=2(l+b)

Perimeter=2(72+48)

Perimeter=2(120)

Perimeter=2*120=240

Perimeter=240m

Cost = 240 × 60

Cost = 14,400

Hence, Required Cost price be (14,400)
