first you will have to take it as a triangle so that you can find out the breadth

so by Pythagoras theorem

ac2 = bc2 +ab2

37 square = 35 square + ab 2

1369 - 1225 = ab 2

144 = ab 2

root 144  = ab

12 m = ab

so area of rectangular plot = l* b

                                           = 35 into 12

                                            = 420 m
