bye pytha. theorem
(given side)²=(given side)²+diagonal²
adjacent side²=50²-48²
by calcultion,
adj. side=14
area=14*48
so ans is......672 sq.m

Diagonal of a rectangle of divides the rectangle into two equal right angled triangle.
There fore it will be an right angled triangle.
By using pythagoras theorem (HYPOTENUSE)∧2=(SIDE)∧2+(SIDE)∧2.
Then HYPOTENUSE=50 m and SIDE=48 m and let the other side be X m.
(50)∧2=(48)∧2+(X)∧2.
(2500)=(2304)+(X)∧2.
(X)∧2=2500-2304.
(X)∧2=196.
X=√196.
X=14 m.
area of rectangle=(length)×(breadth).
⇒48 m×14 m=672 sq.m.
Area of given rectangular plot=672 sq. m.
