Let the length of the plot be 70 m
So by using Pythagoras theorem
74×74=70×70+breadth ×breadth
5476=4900+breadth×breadth
5476-4900=breadth ×breadth
576=breadth×bradth
√576=breadth
breadth=24m
Area of the rectangular plot=length×breadth
70×24=1680sq. metre
