here, let's assume that the name of rhombus be ABCD
diagonal AB and AC interest each other at point O.
Thus, As AC=24 then, AO =12
now use (1);
169=144+x^2
therefore, x=5cm
BO=5cm.
diagonal BD= 2×5=10cm
thus, area of rhombus= 1/2 × product of diagonal
= 1/2 ×10×24
=120cm^2
