Find the area of a rhombus in which each side is 15cm long and one of whose diagonal is 24cm.

side of a rhombus=15cm
length of one diagonal=24cm
(side)^2=(d1/2)^2+(d2/2)^2
(15)^2=(24/2)^2+(d2/2)^2
225=576/4+(d2/2)^2
225×4=576+(d2/2)^2
900-576=(d2)^2/4
324×4=(d2)^2
1296=(d2)^2
d2=√1296
d2=36
area=1/2×product of diagonals
=1/2×24×36
=432sq.cm
