here is your answer

first find the side of the rhombus

perimeter=4*side=52=4*x

side=13 cm

area of rhombus = l*b =4.5*13 = 58.5 cm^2

52= 4 × a( a is the side of rhombus)

a = 13cm( sides of rhombus are same)

area= base × height( rhombus is also a parallelogram)

area= 13 × 4.5

area = 58.5 cm sq.
