Given:
Side of rhombus = 15 cm
Diagonal 1 = 20 cm
Area of rhombus = base * height [as rhombus is also a parallelogram]
                            = 15 * 10
                            = 150 cm²
Area of rhombus = 150 cm²
1/2 * d₁ * d₂ = 150
1/2 * 20 * d₂ = 150
         10 * d₂ = 150
                d₂ = 150 / 10
                d₂ = 15 cm
∴ the other diagonal is 15 cm.

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Side of rhombus = 15 cm

Diagonal 1 = 20 cm

Area of rhombus = base * height [as rhombus is also a parallelogram]

                            = 15 * 10

                            = 150 cm²

Area of rhombus = 150 cm²

1/2 * d₁ * d₂ = 150

1/2 * 20 * d₂ = 150

         10 * d₂ = 150

                d₂ = 150 / 10

                d₂ = 15 cm

∴ the other diagonal is 15 cm.
