area of rhombus=1/2×d1 ×d1

since,rhombus is also a parallelogram

the area of rhombus is also =h×b

we can take out area of rhombus using both the formula .so,in both the cases area will be same ,so

h×b=1/2×d1×d2

6×20 = ½×24×d2

120=12× d2

120/12 = d2

10 =d2
