Given :-

A rhombus , whose,

Side = 5cm

Altitude =4.8cm

Diagonal = 8 cm

To Find :-

The length of other diagonal ?

Solutions:-

A rhombus is also a parallelogram .

Area = Base×height

= 5×4.8

= 24 cm

Calculation for diagonal :-

=> 1/2×d¹×d²=24

=> 1/2×8×d=24

=> 4d= 24

=> d = 24/4

d = 6cm

Hence the length of other diagonal is 6cm
