An isoceles triangle is a traingle whose two sides are equal.

• Let the sides be M.

• Hypotenuse = 8 cm

By Pythagoras theoram

=> H² = P² + B²

=> 8 = M² + M²

=> 2M² = 8

=> M² = 4

=> M = 2
