 {25}^{2}  -  {7}^{2}  = 625 - 49 = 576 \\  \sqrt{576 }  = 24 \\area =  \frac{1}{2}  \times base \times height \\  = \frac{1}{2}  \times 24 \times 7 \\  = 84
