area of the triangle = 1/2 × b × h
h = 46 cm
b = 46 cm
area =
1/2 × 46×46
23×46 cm^2
1058 cm^2

hope it helps

Area= 1/2× base × height
As hypotenuse is the longest side, the equal sides of the triangle are it's base and it's height.
.
Area of the triangle= 1/2 × 46 ×46 = 1058cm²
.
Hope this helps ^_^
