Question:-

find the area of a right angled triangle phot whose Base in 6m and altitude is 5m respectively find the cost of putting tiles pre sq.m RS100??

Answer :-

Given:-

Base :- 6m

Altitude :- 5m

So,

The Formula Of Finding The Area Of ∆

area \: of \:   \triangle \longrightarrow  \frac{1}{2}  \times base \:  \times  \: height \\  \\ \longrightarrow  \frac{1}{2}  \times 6 \times 5  \\ \\ \longrightarrow  \frac{1}{2}  \times 30 \\  \\ \longrightarrow  \frac{30}{2}  \\  \\ \longrightarrow 15m ^{2}

So, The Final Answer Is

\longrightarrow 15m ^{2}

Base of the plot = 6 m

Altitude = 5 m

We know,

Area of a △ =  \dfrac{bh}{2}

∴ Area = ½ × (6 m)(5 m)

⇒ Area = (3 m)(5 m)

⇒ Area = 15 m².

Now, rate of putting tiles = Rs 100/m²

∴ Total cost = (Rs 100/m²)(15 m²)

⇒ Total cost = Rs 1500 (ans.)

ALITER:-

Since base and height are given, then you can find the hypotenuse by the Pythagoras theorem, i.e.,

 a^2 + b^2 = c^2 .

And then, put the values in Heron's formula, i.e.,

 \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c) }.

Nextly, you'll get the area. Subsiquently, multiply the area with the rate.
