Find the area of a right triangle whose hypotenuse is 13 centimetre and one side is 5 centimetre

other side=12cm. by Pythagoras theorem
area=1/2×base×height=1/2×12×5=6×5=30cm2

P = 12 cm
Now in TriangleArea= ½× base× height
Area = ½×12×5
= 30cm²
