Cicumference of a circle= 2*pi*r=22 cm

=> r= 22/2*pi

=>r=(22/2)*(7/22)

=> r = 7/2

Therefore area of the circle = pi*r^2

=(22/7)*7/2*7/2

=38.6 cm^2

Circumference of a circle = 22cm

. '. 2πr= 22

2*22/7*r= 22

44/7*r= 22

. '. r= 22*7/44

r = 7/2

r= 3.5cm

. '. Area of a circle = πr²

= 22/7*(3.5) ²

=22/7*12.25

=38.5cm²
