Answer :

The area of a  sector of the circle is 88/7 cm²

Given :

  • Radius = 6cm
  • Angle of the sector is 90 degree

To find :

Area of a sector of the circle

Solution :

Given that,

  • Radius (r) = 6cm
  • Angle of sector θ = 90⁰

As we know that,

  • Area of sector of circle = θ/360⁰ × πr²

where, θ is 90⁰ and r is 6cm

》θ/360⁰ × πr²

》90/360⁰ × 22/7 × (6)²

》1/4 × 22/7 × 36

》4 × 22 / 7

》88/7 cm²

Hence, The area of the sector of the circle is 88/7 cm²

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

radius (r)=6cm

Now,

Area of circle =πr²

=22/7×(6)²

=22/7×36

=792/7

=113.1428571cm²

Again,

The angle create a surface is one fourth of total surface area .

= 1/4 of 113.1428571

=113.1428571/4

=28.28571429,,
