Dolly548: how it could be a square?

first find the area of rectangle.
30m*15m=450 m.sq.
the find the area of two quarter circle= a semi circle.
πr^2/2 = 22/7*25 = 78.6 m.sq
then find the area of triangle = b*h/2
=15*10/2=75m.sq
then subtract the sum of area of triangle and semi circle from whole rectangle = 450m.sq-(78.6+75)= 296.2 m.sq
hence area of shaded region = 296.2 m.sq
