Given,
Diagonal of square (d)=3.8m
To Find:
Area(A)=?
Formula:
d=√2A
Soln :
d=√2A
A=d÷√2
=3.8÷√2
=3.8×√2÷√2×√2
=3.8×√2÷2
=1.9×√2 m^2
Now if you are below 11th standard this is the answer.
If above 10th ,
√2=1.414
So,
A=1.9×1.414
=2.68 m^2
Hope this will help you.
