HEYA MATE...

Given,

perimeter of square park = 480 m sq.

So applying formula of perimeter of square ...

=> Perimeter of square park = 4 × side

=> 480 = 4 x side

=> 480 / 4 = side

=> side = 120 m

Thus , the measure of side of square park is 120 m..

Applying this value in the formula of area of square...

=>Thus ,

=>Area of sq. park = side × side

=> 120 × 120

=> 14,400 m sq.

=> Hence area of square park is ...14,400m sq. ( ans )...

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU..

\textbf{\underline{\underline{Answer :-}}}

The area of the square is 14400 sq.m

\textbf{\underline{\underline{Explanation :-}}}

\textsf{\underline{\underline{Given :}}}

Perimeter of the Square = 480 m

\textsf{\underline{\underline{To find :}}}

The area of the Square

\textsf{\underline{\underline{Solution :}}}

To get the area, first we need to find the measure of the side.

Consider the side as x

\star Perimeter of Square = \boxed{\sf{Side \times 4}}

\sf{\implies} \: 4 \times x = 480

\sf{\implies} \: 4x = 480

\sf{\implies} \: x  = \dfrac{480}{4}

\sf{\implies}\red{ \: x = 120}

As we got the Measure of the side, we can now find the area of the Square.

\star Area of the Square = \boxed{\sf{Side \times Side}}

\sf{\implies} \: 120 \times 120

\sf{\implies}\red{ \:14400}

\therefore The area of the square is 14400 sq.m
