diagonal=16cm
side^2+side^2=diagonal^2(by pythagoras property)
2side^2=16×16
side^2=128
Area of square=side^2
128m^2

let square be abcd
m angle abc=90
let side of square be x
so ..bye pythagoras theorem
ac sqr = ab sqr + bc sqr (sqr=square)
16×16=x×x×x×x
256=2x×2x
256/2=x×2x
128/2=x×x
64=x square
x= square root of 64
so...
x = 8
area of square with side 8 = side square
=8×8
so area of square is 64 unit square
