To get the side divide 136 / 4 = 34 m
To get the area is simply side x side = 34 m x 34m = 1156m squared

As we know that,

Perimeter of square = 4 × side.
so, side of square will be = perimeter /4.

So, side of square having perimeter 136m will be..= 136/4= 34 m.

______________

And,

As we already know,

Area of square= side× side .

so, Area of square having side 34 m= 34× 34=
1,156 m^2.
