find the area of a square whose perimeter is 240 m

perimeter = 4a
240 = 4 a
4a=240
a= 240/4
a= 60
as we find out a value so we can substitute in area formula

area = a²
= 60²
= 60 X 60
= 360 cm²
hence the area of square is 360cm²
