=2(30+20)

=2(50)

=100 cm

Given that,

Perimeter of a rectangle=perimeter of

square

perimeter of a square=100cm

we can replace the formula,

4*side=100cm

side=100/4cm

side=25cm

then,

Area of square= (side)^2

=(25)^2= 625 cm^2
