Find the area of a trapezium whose parallel sides are 10 cm and 7 cm respectively and the distance between them is 6 cm.

a= 10cm

b= 7cm

height= 6cm

NOW,

AREA OF TRAPEZIUM = 1/2×h(a+b)

= 1/2×6(10+7)

= 3(17)

=51cm² (ANSWER)
