Explanation:

Area = h(a+b) / 2

= 10 (11+ 14) / 2

= 110 + 140 / 2

= 250 /2

= 125 cm^2

Hope this helps you.

SOLUTION:-

Given:

In a trapezium,

•Parallel sides are 11cm & 14cm.

•Height =10cm

To find:

Area of trapezium.

So,

We know that, formula of the area of trapezium;

 =  >  \frac{1}{2}  \times sum \: of \: parallel \: sides \:  \times height

Therefore,

 =  >  \frac{1}{2}   \times (11 + 14) \times 10 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{1}{2}  \times (25) \times 10 \\  \\  =  > 25 \times 5 \\  \\  =  > 125 {cm}^{2}

Thus,

The area of trapezium is 125cm².

Hope it helps ☺️
