Here the parallel sides of the trapezium are given to be 22 cm and 60 cm

Also, the distance between the parallel side is given to be 12 cm

Now, we have to find the area of the trapezium

area of trapezium = (1/2) × sum of parallel sides × distance

                              = (1/2) × ( 22 + 60 ) × 12

                              =  (1/2) × 82 × 12

                               = 41 × 12

                                = 492 cm²

Hence, the area of the trapezium will be 492 cm²
