Given:

Base of triangle=16.8 m

Height of triangle =75 cm

To find:

The area of the triangle

Solution:

1m=100 cm

75 cm=75/100 m

We know that

The area of triangle=\frac{1}{2}\times base\times height

Using the formula

The area of triangle=\frac{1}{2}\times 16.8 \times 75/100

The area of triangle=8.4 m\times 75/100

The area of triangle=6.3m^2

Hence, the area of triangle=6.3 m^2
