Area of triangle =√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
in given triangle
a=8
b=11
c=?
s=16
perimeter=16×2
=32=8+11+c
32=19+c
c=32-19
c=13
area=√16(16-8)(16-11)(16-13)
√16(8)(5)(3)
4×4×2×2×2×5×3
4×2√2×5×3
8√30cm^2 I

I hope this will help you

2s = a + b + c \\ 2s = 32 \\ a = 8 \\ b = 11 \\  =  > c = 13 \\ area =  \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}  \\  =  \sqrt{16 \times 8 \times 5 \times 3} \\   =  \sqrt{1920}  \\  = 43.82
hope it helps
