Hey friend,
Here is the answer:

Given,
The 1st side = 8 cm
The 2nd side = 11 cm
The perimeter = 32 cm

Perimeter = a + b + c
32 = 8 + 11 + c
32 = 19 + c
c = 32 - 19
c =13

semi - perimeter =  \frac{a + b + c}{2}  \\  = s =  \frac{8 + 11 + 13}{2}   \\  = s =  \frac{32}{2}  \\  = s = 16

Area of triangle ( according to Heron's Formula) = √s (s - a)(s - b)( s - c)

= √ 16 (16 - 8)( 16 - 11)(16 - 13)

= √ 16 × 8 × 5 × 3

= √1920

area \: of \: triangle  = 43.817 {cm}^{2}
