= 24 - 14
= 10 cm
area = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
= √12(12-10)(12-8)(12-6) cm^2
= √12 * 2 * 4 * 6
= √ 2*2*3*2*2*2*2*3
= 2 * 2 * 2 * 3
= 24 cm^2
= 24 - 14
= 10 cm
