let the other two sides are x and ,
if their difference is 3
then x-y=3
perimeter = sum of all sides
here, perimeter = 9+(x-y)+2y
22=9+3+2y
22-9-3=2y
22-12=2y
10=2y
10/2=y
y=5cm
then other side will be x-5=3
x =3+5
x=8cm
then, sides are 9,8,5
area by heron formula,
semi perimeter = 22/2 = 11cm
area = root [11*(11-9)(11-8)(11-5)}
area = root [11*2*3*6]
area = root [396]
area = 19.899
