semi \:  perimeter \: of \: triangle \\  =  \frac{a + b + c}{2}  =  \frac{50 + 48 + 14}{2}   \\ =  \frac{112}{2}  = 56 \: cm
Now,
Area \: of \: triangle =  \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}  \\ \\   =  \sqrt{56(56 - 50)(56 - 48)(56 - 14)}  \\  =  \sqrt{56  \times 6 \times 8 \times 42}  \\  =  \sqrt{56 \times 48  \times 42}  \\  =  \sqrt{112896}  = 336 \:  {cm}^{2}
