Find the area of a triangle whose sides are 12 cm, 6 cm and 15 cm.

Answer:

a=12cm b=6cm c=15cm

semi perimeter =s=a+b+c/2 =12+6+15/2=33/2=16.5cm

area of triangle =√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

=√16.5(16.5-12)(16.5-6)(16.5-15)

=√16.5×4.5×10.5×1.5

=287.89cm²
