Sides of Triangle are ,

   a = 18mm

   b = 24mm

   c = 30 mm

S = \frac{a+b+c}{2}

  = \frac{18+24+30}{2}

  =\frac{72}{2}

  =36

Area of triangle = \sqrt{S(S-a)(S-b)(S-c)}

                        = \sqrt{36(36-18)(36-24)(36-30)}

                        = \sqrt{36\times 18 \times 12 \times 6}

                        = \sqrt{18\times2\times18\times2\times6\times6}

                        = \sqrt{18\times18\times2\times2\times6\times6}

                        = 18\times2\times6

                        = 216\:mm^{2}
