Here, we can use the Heron's formula

((s) (s-a) (s-b) (s-c)) ^(1/2), where s is the semi perimeter.

S= (a+b+c) /2

Calculating we get s=146

Solving we get equation

((146) (55) (50) (41)) ^(1/2)

Solve to get answer

4057.278 (approx)

Now as per area

Area = (side x height) /2

4057 x 2= 105 x height

8114 = 105 x height

Height = 77.27 (approx)

Cheers. Do give a thanks :)
