Hey friend,
Here is the answer you were looking for:
Given,
The ratio of sides = 5:12:13
The perimeter = 60 cm

Let the sides be 5x, 12x and 13x
Now,

5x + 12x + 13x = 60 cm

30x = 60

x = 60/30

x = 2

The first side = 5x
= 5 × 2
= 10

The second side = 12x
= 12 × 2
= 24

The third side = 13x
= 13 × 2
= 26

Semi - perimeter = Perimeter / 2

= 60 / 2

= 30 cm

Area of triangle ( According to the Heron's Formula) = √s (s - a)(s - b)(s - c)

Area = √ 30 (30 - 10) (30 - 24) (30 - 26)

= √ 30 × 20 × 6 × 4

= √ 14400

= 120

area \: of \: tringle \:  = 120 {cm}^{2}
