5x+12x+13x=60

30x=60

x=2

5x=10

12x=24

Ratio of sides = 5:12:13

First side = 60÷(5+12+13)

= 60÷30=2

=2×5 =10cm

Second side =2×12

=24cm

Third side =2×13

=26cm

Area =10×24×26

=6240cm²
