A = 1/2 * b * h

A = 1/2 * (2x+3) * (3x-1)

= 1/2 * (6x^2) - 2x + 9x - 3

= 1/2 * (6x^2) + 7x - 3

= (3x^2) + 3.5x - 1.5

hope it will help you
