Answer:

Area of rectangle=l*b,so 20=l*b,20=5*b,but b is nothing but breadth but it is height for triangle so b=20/5=4. so area of triangle=1/2*base*height=1/2*5*4=10 so the Area of triangle is 10cm^2

breadth of rec. =5 cm

area = 20 cm

so length= 20÷5=4cm

hence length of rec= height of triangle = 4cm

area = (5×4) ÷2 cm sq.= 10 cm sq.
