Given :

  • Base of traingle = 42cm

  • Height of traingle = 24cm

To Find :

  • Area of Traingle

Solution :

Here in the question we are given Base and height of traingle and we have to find the area of traingle. As we know that Area of Traingle is 1/2 × Base × Height. By Putting the values in the formula we will get the Required Area of traingle.

Area of Triangle = 1/2 × B × H

⟼ 1/2 × 42 × 24

⟼ 1 × 12 × 42

⟼ 12 × 42

⟼ 504cm²

Area of Traingle is 504cm²

More Formulae :

• Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth

• Area of Square = (Side)²

• Area of Rhombus = 1/2 × D₁ × D₂

• Area of Circle = πr²

• Area of Parralegram = Base× Height

• Area of Trapezium = 1/2 × h (a + b)
