Given :

a = 6 cm

b = 8 cm

c = 10 cm

Solution :

s = ᵃ⁺ᵇ⁺ᶜ⁄₂

s = ⁶⁺⁸⁺¹⁰⁄₂

s = ²⁴⁄₂

∴ s = 12 cm

\sf{Ar.(∆) =  \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)} }

\sf{Ar.(∆) =  \sqrt{12(12 - 6)(12 - 8)(12 - 10)} }

\sf{Ar.(∆) =  \sqrt{12 \times 6 \times 4 \times 2} }

\sf{Ar.(∆) = 2 \times  \sqrt{2  \times 6 \times 6 \times 2} }

\sf{Ar.(∆) = 2 \times 2 \times 6}

\sf{Ar.(∆) = 4 \times 6}

\sf{\bold{\underline{∴Ar.(∆) = 24  {cm}^{2} }}}
