Answer:

its isosceles triangle so the area is 32

A=bh/2

=72/2

=32

diagonal² = 8²+8²

x² = 144

x = √144 = 12

hence area is 32cm² and diagonal is 12

Answer:

here the given triangle is equilateral triangle

we know that,

Area of equilateral triangle is

  ( \sqrt{3} \div 4) \times x {}^{2}

=>

( \sqrt{3 }    \div 4) \times 8 {}^{2}

= 27.712 sq cm

Diagonal is the linesegment joining two opposite vertices of a polygon and we know that triangle has no opposite vertices.

so diagonal of triangle doesn't exist
