Answer: 69.2cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Semi perimeter =perimeter/2

=40cm/2

=20cm

third side = 40cm -(16cm+10cm)

=40cm-26cm

=14cm

using heron formula

area of triangle √(s*(s-a)(s-b)(s-c))

=√(20*4*10*6)

=40√3

=40*1.73

=69.2cm²
