Area of room = 2(length +breadth) ×height
2(4m+5m)×3m
2×9×3 =54m2

I cannot calculate the area but I can calculate the mass of air in a room.
At sea level the Density of air at 15`C is approximately 1.22 kg/m^3.
 so by using formula
                                      mass(m) = density(d)*volume(v)
                                                      = 1.22*60
                                                        = 73.2 kg
