Find the area of an equilateral triangle of side (i) 4cm (ii) 5cm (iii) 7 cm correct to two placrs of decimal.(use √3 = 1.732.)

FORMULA OF EQUILATERAL TRIANGLE

root3/4 × (side)^2

 Value of √3 = 1.732

1) Side = 4cm

》1.732/4 × 16 = 6.928 cm

2) Side = 5cm

》1.732/4 × 25 = 10.825 cm

3) Side = 7cm

》1.732/4 × 49 = 21.217 cm
