let the sides be a

a + a + a = 24
3a = 24
a = 8
_______________________

area of equilateral triangle = root(3)/4 x a^2

area
= root(3)/4 a^2
= 1.73 x 8 x 8 / 4
= 3.46 x 8
= 27.68

navyarajiv: thanksss a lot
maria9: wlcm :)

given , perimeter is 24 cm

then each side length = x = ?

3x = 24

x = 8cm

therefore length of each side of the triangle is 8 cm.

area = ?

½bh

h = ?

by Pythagoras theorem ,

h = 6.9 ≈ 7

therefore area =

½ × 7 × 8

4×7

28.

therefore area of the triangle is = 28 cm²

navyarajiv: umm thanks but the first answer is diffrent so who so I choose
saindulakavath: my answer is approximate value but her answer is correct.
navyarajiv: OHK THANKS
saindulakavath: u r always welcome.
