Find the area of an equilateral triangle
whose perimeter is 48 cm.​

Equilateral Triangle has each side of equal lenght.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤ \therefore \: perimeter =3 a \\ ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ48 = 3a \\ ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤa = 16 \: cm

Area Of Equilateral Triangle :-

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  {a}^{2} \\

 \implies \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  \times  {16}^{2} \\

 \implies \:  \:   \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \:  \:  \:  \:   \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{ 4 }  \times 16 \times 16 \\

 \implies \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{ \cancel {4}  }  \times \cancel {16} \:  ^{4}   \times 16 \\

 \implies \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: 64 \sqrt{3}
